Our simplified bar and beverage options allow you to enjoy drinking at your event without the headache of cleanup, setup, and drink distribution.

When you've decided on your appropriate setup, simply add the corresponding service to your cart, customize the details, and continue with the rest of your order.
We provide all bar tables with linens, beverage unpacking, icing and corking.
We also provide all standard supplies such as glassware, ice, ice tubs, scoops, wine openers, cocktail napkins, and bar towels.
Each option includes the setup and breakdown of the bar only, not the bartender (see bartenders).
Selecting the proper bar type for your event helps our staff prepare every necessary detail for a delightful experience.
After placing an order for bar services, you will be prompted to choose one of the following:
Your guests serve themselves your choice of any beverages in their retail containers.
Client Provides any beverages of their choice.
Your guests will be served via appropriate dispensary dishware which will be set up and coordinated by our team.
This option can be supported by a bartender.
Client Provides: Beer, wine, champagne and non-alcohol.
We'll mix drinks, offer unique selections, and pour beverages for your guests at their tables.
This option requires a bartender to be added to your order.
Client Provides: Beer, wine, champagne, liquor, mixers and non-alcohol.
(Additional charges may apply for additional rentals i.e cocktail glasses, shakers etc.)
One bartender for every 60 – 70 guests for the beer & wine bar.
One bartender for every 30 - 40 guests for the full bar.
Bartenders are priced at $35 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Non-Alcoholic beverages, beverage supplies and bar snacks can be provided by BTC at an additional charge.
Coffee Station or from the bar - $2.50 per person.
Coffee served at the guests' tables - $3.50 per person.
Includes glass mugs, regular and decaf coffee, stainless steel coffee urns, cream, sugar, and sweetener.
Hot tea available at an additional fee.
Other beverage options are available depending on your unique needs. To request unique beverages not listed on our menu or facilitated by a bar or service, simply contact us after placing your order and we can add your beverages to the final bill.
